Specialist Applications Due: Encourage Someone to Apply 

Specialists like you play a vital role in elevating our program and the practice of law. 

It’s application time for the NC State Bar Specialization program. Many of our specialists tell us that what encouraged them to finally apply was another person: a colleague or friend who thought he or she would make a fantastic specialist. Can you think of someone who would make a great specialist? Please encourage them to learn more about the standards on our website. If your colleague has been practicing less than five years, he or she can sign our declaration of intent to stay abreast of CLEs, upcoming deadlines, and other useful information about putting together the application. 

Thank you, specialists, for your dedication to your practice area and for encouraging other lawyers to pursue certification as well.
